Job Summary
To drive adoption of Service sales approach on the Orphan customer. To ensure the differentiated and segmented approach to various campaigns. To manage attrition of the front-line sales force and limited availability of quality talent. To ensure the maintenance of relationships with Orphan customers. Up-sell to customers assigned through various campaigns. Ensure Renewal collection and AUM conservation of the assigned base. Allocate leads to the team members as per targets decided. Periodically monitor and review performance on the assigned topline and health parameters. Handhold and guide them on the sales process, lead conversion, and closure of the sale. Aggressively downloading all the RnR activities run by the organization. Executes smooth functions of the sales and other processes in order to maximize business potential. Ensure relevant people are in the right place at the right time in order to maximise the productivity. Execute the right method of business acquisition in order to get a profitable mix for the organization. To ensure recruitment of team in a time-based manner. To manage attrition within the specified limits. Ensure continuous on-the-job training and skill enhancement of team members.
