Job Summary
  • Partnership acquisition of CD LFR partners and drive business post-acquisition for entire Bangalore
  • Responsible for the setup of New Branches, Appointment of Sales Team, planning & launching
  • Responsible for Network Development & Sales Planning & Budgeting. Preparing monthly & yearly sales plan
  • Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social platforms
  • Manage the Distribution through Dealer relations and servicing the Dealers and their concerns in an appropriate manner
  • Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions profitability and employee development.
  • Identifying the need of sales training analyzing changing market trends channel deployment etc.
  • Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
  • Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.
  • Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets
  • Experience in Consumer Durable Department (Electronic product)
  • Meet the dealer/store manager and discuss performance/issues / plans
