Job Summary
  • To be responsible for sales in his assigned product & area in the zone.
  • Managing all sales team activities.
  • To achieve his individual target & the targets of his team members.
  • To motivate,support & coordinate with his team to achieve sales target.
  • Helping to set sales goals and monitoring their progress making improvements or adjustments when needed.
  • Forecasting sales goals and keeping tabs on the needs of the market.
  • in Distributors & Institutional sales (Govt. Tenders).
  • To ensure customer satisfaction through various services offered by the company.
  • Delivering reports on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights.
  • To comply with company s system and processes.
  • Candidates should be from In-Vitro Diagnostic industry.
  • He must be a good team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • He must have good coaching skills.

Qualification :
B.Sc. Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biomedical, M.Sc Chemistry/Biochemistry, B. Pharma/ M. Pharma.
Experience Required :

6 to 10 Years
