Job Summary
The Product Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive product growth and meet revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the product, market trends, and excellent sales management skills to lead a team effectively. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve product sales targets and maximize revenue growth. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand product reach and market penetration. Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management. Forecast sales projections accurately to support business planning and decision-making. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits. Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the SaaS product line Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends Experience in developing and executing sales strategies Ability to travel as needed Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools Highly organized with excellent time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualification: Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
