Job Summary
Qualification : MBA with at least three years of recruitment experience within India and the APAC regions.
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Pinkerton's Enterprise Clients (PEC) Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment efforts across India and the APAC region, while ensuring efficient candidate flow and effective communication with key stakeholders. As a remote position, this role can be based anywhere within India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold Pinkerton s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence in every aspect of the job.
- Manage requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including creating and updating job descriptions, modifying job codes, and ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Open requisitions within the ATS and post job openings on Pinkerton s Careers page, ensuring compliance with branding standards.
- Utilize eQuest and country-specific job boards for job distribution when needed.
- Conduct passive candidate searches on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri to build and nurture recruitment pipelines.
- Monitor the ATS for candidate flow, providing regular feedback and alternative sourcing solutions to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition.
- Provide status updates on open requisitions, following direction on priorities and deadlines.
- Review incoming candidates, schedule phone screenings promptly, and discuss candidate progression with the Global Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
- Assist with offer letters and background screening when necessary, ensuring timely completion.
- Follow up with new hires to ensure any concerns or questions are addressed before their start date.
- Serve as a backup to the TA Coordinator role during absences or as designated by management.
- Participate in cross-training activities to support the smooth operation of the PEC Talent Acquisition team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to contribute to team success.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- MBA with at least three years of experience in recruitment within India and the APAC regions.

Working Conditions:
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Ability to work across multiple time zones to complete recruiting tasks and communicate with the PEC TA leadership.
Qualification : MBA with at least three years of recruitment experience within India and the APAC regions.
