What you will do! Manage the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage. Conduct advisory intake sessions using market intelligence and defined sourcing strategy in collaboration with the sourcing team. Develop and update job adverts and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media channels. Screen candidates resumes and job applications with a strong focus on diversity within the shortlist. Manage various internal and external tools (SAP, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, Job boards etc). Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Phone screening using various reliable recruiting and selection tools, methods to filter candidates to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/ pipeline. Prepare and extend job offers to candidates following Ericsson compensation guidelines. Secure all pre boarding activities are in place for new employees in order to become fully coordinated. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process, promoting Ericsson s reputation as best place to work . Continually seek opportunities to increase customer happiness, driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will bring : Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent. Experience: 3+ years in multinational environments. Expertise in full recruitment cycle processes such as sourcing active/passive talent through traditional and non-traditional methods using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, headhunting. Expertise in hiring great people with technical (preferably ICT & Telecom technologies). Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other systems like SuccessFactors or similar cloud-based recruiting software. Experience in mass recruitment & working in a matrix organization. Experience in hiring local and international talent. Excellent presentation and communication skills High focus on stakeholder management and candidate experience. Experience in talent research a plus.
