Responsibilities and Duties
- Build thesalespipeline and set overallsalesstrategy of the company to support the growth of the company in different markets
- Define and build a structured team and processes to support complex B2Bsales
- Responsible for Implementing SFA for new Users and provide the training toSalesTeam.
- Identifying potential Clients and business opportunities, reaching out to them with Product offering and to lead generation.
- Set strategy to acquire channel partners in different geographies and drivesalesthrough them globally.
- Identify competition and build a proactive action plan
- Responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and work with Product team for tailoredsalessolutions.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Experience inSalesof which last 5 years primarily inSales, Account Management,SalesManagement role
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B enterprisesalesin a SaaS/ Technology products organization
- Insightful experience in DMS & SFA Automation, FieldSalesManagement &SaleForce Automation and Field Deployment, implementation & Support in FMCG and IT.
- Strong business and functional knowledge insales& distribution processes.Understand and responsible for customer needs, assess current challenges and develop action plans to overcomethose challenges
- Excellent Communication skills written, verbal, presentations.
- Comfortable to cold call/ initiate dialogue/ hold conversations with Client/ Prospect/ Partner Organizations.
- Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai
