Job Summary

Brief Description of the Role: Implement the Training Programs for all levels in the field, viz. : ASM, SE, Dealer staff, Distributor staffKey Duties and Responsibilities:Participate in developing the Training modules for the Field ForceDraw up the Training schedule to cover all Space and 3rd party field personnel across the various modulesImplement the rollout and successful completion of these various training modulesMonitor the ?weaker? members and work out an on-the-job training programOn an ongoing basis, fix and implement the training calendar for new recruitsDevelop training deliverables, monitoring mechanisms and systemsDevelop training / learning aids for a more effective on-the-job performance of the field forceMonitor training results in the field (Merchandising, Dealer Shop-boys familiarity with demo unit, etc)

Minimum Requirements

Understanding and appreciation of technology productsSuperior inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written,High degree of managerial competencies (Problem solving / analytical skills, result orientation, planning and priority setting)Reasonably strong process orientationHigh people skillsAt least 3-4 yrs total experience in Consumer durables/ DTH/ FMCG/ Telecom industry. Preferably with a training background.Candidates should be familiar with atleast two (South) Regional LanguagesEducational Background: Preferably (local) MBA, Graduate from a premier local institute, specialization in HR

Qualification

B.B.A, B.Com, MBA/PGDM
