Role Overview:

We are searching for a dedicated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager with a passion for both education and business development. The ideal candidate will have a background in inside sales, a strong understanding of the training sector, and an innate ability to connect with potential learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end B2C sales processes, from initial contact through closure.

Acquire new customers through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship building.

Promote and sell our Online Professional Information Security training programs via phone calls.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Stay updated on our training offerings and industry trends to effectively address prospective clients' needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

A minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience in inside sales, with a preference for candidates with training sales experience.

Proven track record in B2C sales, particularly in an online or virtual environment.

Familiarity with the Information Security sector is a plus.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary with an attractive incentive structure, allowing potential earnings of up to 25% on sales amount.
