Job Summary

Job Descriptions :
As a key member of the sales enablement team, the Sales Enablement Manager will own the coaching, design and execution of Enablement for our growing Global SDR team.
The Sales Enablement Manager will ideate, design, build and deliver coaching, learning and enablement to the SDR team in alignment with yellow.ai s revenue goal. This role is global in scope as it caters to the growing needs of our SDR teams across geographies.

Responsibilites

    • Role of a coach - you will leverage your previous experience as an SDR or inside sales professional to identify skills gaps and play the role of a coach
    • Onboarding - Own the SDR Onboarding Program
    • Collaboration with SDR Leadership to translate business needs into measurable outcomes and align to broader enablement initiatives.
    • Design and develop content for SDRs to support prospecting, objection handling and buyer personas.
    • Build and manage the SDR Enablement Calendar
    • Own the design and execution of continuous SDR Enablement programs.
    • Focus on improving the top of the funnel and helping our SDRs develop their skills and achieve their target.
    • Invest time in Research to understand current industry trends which can support the SDR function with know-how.

Requirements

    • 5+ years experience as an SDR Enabler or SDR or Inside Sales professional with a track record of success. Prior experience as an SDR Trainer or Coach would be great.
    • Proficient communication, presentation, and coaching competencies.
    • Go to person for any SDR related training requirements
    • Ability to translate business outcomes into a story
    • Experienced in research, to identify industry/market trends would be beneficial.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Creative to build and manage enablement programs to achieve SDR team objectives.
    • Able to showcase your skills - As part of the hiring process
    • This is an individual contributor role and will be part of the growing sales enablement team.
