Job Summary
VP SEO & Digital Growth :
The incumbent should have experience & exposure in the Digital Marketing & overall SEO operations. A people person who is expected to manage & handle the expectation of the organisation & its employees. The incumbent should have experience in creating, managing and leading a team of SEO professionals.
There is an existing vertical of ~100 team members managed by existing leaders. The new leader (incumbent) will be responsible for the growth and management of the new vertical. S/He will report directly to the Founder and MD.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall deliverables as per agreements with clients.
- Responsible for the overall Operations & Management his/her vertical.
- Need to ensure that the project is meeting all the timelines & the expected targets.
- Contact point for all escalation / strategic communication with clients & external Stakeholders
- To ensure the client retention rate is met YoY.
- Do regular reviews to ensure all the projects and functions are operating as desired.
- Recruit the right talent for the department as well as the organisation
- Optimal training and empowerment to employees to drive deliveries
- Understanding abouts clients business, agreements & deliverables
- Communicate project development, timelines, and results.
- Responsible for functional strategies
- Accountable for Digital/SEO Strategies/Road Map for clients
- Review Monthly Plan of Action
- Equal and just distribution & allocation of work
- Team Mentoring
- Keep in touch
- With clients for strategies & updates
- With Team on Strategy / Project Development/ Updates
Skills / Experience :
- Bachelor s degree.
- PG/MBA in operations is desired
- 10+ years of experience in SEO, Operations and Management.
- Experience in managing international SEO and Digital Marketing projects
- Ability to lead & manage a team of professionals including ICs, TLs, Managers
- Very strong communication (written & speaking) skills
- Very strong in Excel analytics
- Excellent orator
- Excellent presenter
- Ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to organize, manage and prioritize tasks.
- Client interaction
- Onboarding of new clients
- Retention of clients and increasing the retention %age YOY basis
- Should possess exceptional attention to detail, and have good analytical skills.
Salary :
