- Experience working in a coworking/ real estate industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing sales professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas effectively.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
