Job Summary
Become the expert in selecting target market segments.
Evaluate market segment growth potential and ability to capture value.
Map targeted market segments to identify key influencers and strategic development plans.
Partner with Sales to identify, develop, and win targeted business.
Lead development and execution of strategic account plans for target market accounts.
Responsible for business direction including project acceptance and pricing for custom projects in select target markets.
Establish a market position in target market segments through customer interaction, trade association participation and leadership, industry networking, webinars, and other market engagement activities.
We are seeking highly motivated hustlers to join our growing team. This position is responsible for growing Globalsync business by identifying opportunities, developing business relationships, lead generati,on and if required then closing sales with customers over the phone. This will involve achieving team targets and generating revenue for the organization.
- Responsible for supporting in developing and directing strategy toward the profitable growth and operation of the company
- Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the Board
- Ensuring appropriate Sales planning with control systems are in place and complied with Assuming full accountability to the Board of directors for all company operations.
- Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the BDE
- Making sure that the targets are met.
- Successfully implementing company policies and procedures
- Drive continuous development through the Compliance Strategy and Quality Improvement Plan
- Manage the Management team to ensure that Globalsync meets its obligations to clients and stakeholders
- Develop and sustain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- You will be responsible for driving the continuous development of Investors in People principles through the HR Development Plan
- Develop the organization to be an ethical business in all respects of its activities
