Job Summary EligibilityCriteria : 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 2. Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the same industry or related field. 3. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. 5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales objectives. 6. Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' business needs and propose tailored solutions. 7. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations. 8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills. 10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions. 11. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn continuously. 12. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. 2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. 4. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns to attract new clients. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and position our company effectively. 7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent our company and promote our products and services. 8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track sales performance and provide insights for decision-making. 9. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. 10. Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales performance. 11. Continuously update knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. 12. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system. 13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction. 14. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. 15. Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
