Job Summary
  • Review invoices, bills, bank deposits/payment, payroll, closing stock, etc
  • Handle all functions of accounts receivable including debtors/creditors reconciliation.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams.
  • Filing returns related to GST, TDS return.
  • Wages distribution to the labours.
  • Bank statement reconciliation and other bank related work.
  • Payment processing and preparation of cheques after verification.
  • Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable staff and function.
  • Providing reporting and budgeting as required by senior management.
  • Maintaining all the receipts, payment Vouchers
  • Processing of Vendor Debit Notes and Credit Notes
  • Preparation of Cash Flow & Daily Fund position Statement
  • Compilation and Review of Tax Returns

Experience, Qualification and Desired skills

  • 2-6 Years of Experience
  • Basic knowledge in accounting or finance .
  • Should be well versed with Excel,word and power point
  • Working Knowledge on GST is a must
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
