Job Summary
- Review invoices, bills, bank deposits/payment, payroll, closing stock, etc
- Handle all functions of accounts receivable including debtors/creditors reconciliation.
- Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams.
- Filing returns related to GST, TDS return.
- Wages distribution to the labours.
- Bank statement reconciliation and other bank related work.
- Payment processing and preparation of cheques after verification.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable staff and function.
- Providing reporting and budgeting as required by senior management.
- Maintaining all the receipts, payment Vouchers
- Processing of Vendor Debit Notes and Credit Notes
- Preparation of Cash Flow & Daily Fund position Statement
- Compilation and Review of Tax Returns
Experience, Qualification and Desired skills
- 2-6 Years of Experience
- Basic knowledge in accounting or finance .
- Should be well versed with Excel,word and power point
- Working Knowledge on GST is a must
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
