Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, resolving issues efficiently while demonstrating expertise in Foodhub systems.
  • Guidance & Strategy: Create clear roadmaps and objectives tailored to individual businesses, aligning Foodhub solutions with their goals.
  • Business Insights: Understand client challenges and provide professional advice to overcome them using Foodhub s tools and services.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your territory.
  • Performance & Organization: Maintain high levels of organization and performance, driven by targets and incentives.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in account management within technology, marketing, SaaS, design, or digital marketing fields.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to address client challenges with maturity and professionalism.
  • CRM Expertise: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer Focus: Strong orientation toward client success, with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
