Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, resolving issues efficiently while demonstrating expertise in Foodhub systems.
- Guidance & Strategy: Create clear roadmaps and objectives tailored to individual businesses, aligning Foodhub solutions with their goals.
- Business Insights: Understand client challenges and provide professional advice to overcome them using Foodhub s tools and services.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your territory.
- Performance & Organization: Maintain high levels of organization and performance, driven by targets and incentives.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in account management within technology, marketing, SaaS, design, or digital marketing fields.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to address client challenges with maturity and professionalism.
- CRM Expertise: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer Focus: Strong orientation toward client success, with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
- Time Management: Demonstrated multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
