Responsibilities:
Publisher Onboarding and Relationship Management:
Take charge of onboarding new publishers, establishing smooth and efficient processes to support them through the platform setup based on their specific requirements.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing publishers, acting as their primary point of contact, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Ensure publishers are well-equipped and supported in utilizing the platform effectively.
Account Optimization:
Devote efforts to optimizing publisher accounts, striving to enhance revenue generation, and maximizing the value of their inventory.
Implement strategies to ensure that publishers' inventory is sold at the most advantageous prices.
Continuously monitor account performance and seek opportunities for improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Conduct thorough data analysis to gain insights into revenue trends, evaluate account performance, and identify potential areas for optimization.
Generate comprehensive reports and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to drive revenue growth.
Domain Management:
Oversee the management of publisher accounts and domains, ensuring they align with performance metrics and deliver optimal results.
Monitor domain performance and take proactive measures to address any issues or inefficiencies.
Supply DSP Relation and Framework Integration:
Collaborate with the internal DSP team to establish and maintain effective connections between Sharethrough SSP and DSPs.
Ensure seamless integration through multiple frameworks and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
Foster strong relationships with DSP partners to optimize performance and revenue opportunities.
Product Development:
Support with the product team to offer valuable feedback and insights for product development.
Ensure that new features and functionalities align with the specific needs and requirements of publishers.
Act as a liaison between publishers and the product team, advocating for enhancements that drive publisher satisfaction and revenue growth.
Publisher Education:
Conduct training sessions to educate publishers on platform usage, including reporting and dashboard features.
Must have skills:
- 7+ years experience in display advertising (Traditional & Programmatic)
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests from different partner teams.
- Professionalism and calming demeanor under pressure, with a focus on proactive communication and problem solving.
- Ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and features from the client perspective.
- Comfortability with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to have skills:
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality.
- High personal productivity with demonstrated follow-up ability.
- Ad network experience or understanding of ad serving platforms is a plus.
- Experience with video and in app ad formats is a plus.
Provide guidance on the significance of IVT (Invalid Traffic) detection and inefficiency blocking techniques to enhance overall performance.
Negotiations:
Collaborate with publishers to negotiate contract renewals and agreements that are mutually beneficial and align with the interests of both parties.
Leverage market knowledge and industry trends to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Account Integration Setup:
Take ownership of publisher account and framework integration setup, ensuring seamless integration within the respective publisher accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee a smooth integration process.
