Job Summary About the job

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (Onshore and Offshore).
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' technical requirement and objectives and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional support.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments and share insights with clients and internal teams.
  • Management of client projects and opportunities specific to Salesforce (training to be provided if required)
  • Attend client/agency meetings, providing contract reports summarizing key actions or points discussed. Support team in delivering on those actions as required.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are pacing according to timelines, sharing status updates on a weekly or as required basis.
  • Be able to speak to and engage internal/external stakeholders, to drive a project forward to delivery.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Data Analytics and Visualization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of driving Client satisfaction and success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
