Job Summary Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Achieving & exceeding business cross sell goals and targets for REMI business, handling various stakeholders, key business deliverables (digital and others) and provide support to SalesTeam. Duties and Responsibilities Key initiatives and Digital capabilities Responsible for managing key business initiative to increase business numbers. End to end management of all digital initiatives (App based and Web based) implemented by the company Manage fulfillment of key projects crucial for the business development Manage operational and compliance regulations for smooth working of the business Product management Responsible for managing risk portfolio in line with the annual numbers while increasing overall business. Responsible for maintaining and improving the overall Auth rate for the business and manage initiatives to improve/course correct business auth rate Responsible for managing the overall dealer onboarding process and effectively increase the activation of new / stock dealers. New Projects & Capabilities Development Engagement with cross functional teams and COE to prioritized delivery of key business projects Identify product & process gaps and provide solution from COE and IT teams for smooth business function Liaise with COE for finalizing all Business Requirement Documents of capabilities Drive projects / capabilities delivery and adoption in line with expected business output metrics Manage new partner integrations and cross functional team management Distribution Management & Support Manage overall transactional and partner management initiatives for Sales and Distribution Management team Monitor and assess Sales onboarding to transaction journey and provide support for smooth execution of business Key Decisions / Dimensions New initiatives basis current matrices. Prioritization of key project within crunched development timelines Major Challenges AOP projects & Key projects delivery alignment with all cross functional teams and prioritizing the key projects delivery based on IT bandwidth Managing risk portfolio while increasing the overall business numbers Required Qualifications and Experience a) Qualifications MBA from a reputed institute within corporate job vintage in range of 6-8 years b) Work Experience Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services / Payments Industry would be an added advantage Demonstrated success & achievement orientation Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment People & Relationship Management skills Insurance industry knowledge Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill Strong analytical skills. High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
Qualification :
MBA from a reputed institute within corporate job vintage in range of 6-8 years
