Job Summary Minimum 5-6 years of Sales experience in IT Solutions/ Services

Preferably with exposure to Microsoft Dynamic 365 application selling

Based in Delhi NCR

Proven track record of high value IT Sales, including licenses and Services

Willing to travel

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Strong team management and leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing sales professionals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of market trends (preferred)
  • Sales management certifications (preferred)
