Job Summary
Qualification : Any graduate from a reputed institute.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and secure new clients for Tudip Technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, encouraging them to expand their service portfolio with us.
- Stay current on industry trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed inside sales teams (a plus).
- Proficiency in computer literacy and CRM systems (Salesforce or Zoho preferred).
- A keen understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, Freelancer, and Elance (a plus).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development.
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
