Job Summary

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and secure new clients for Tudip Technologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, encouraging them to expand their service portfolio with us.
  • Stay current on industry trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed inside sales teams (a plus).
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and CRM systems (Salesforce or Zoho preferred).
  • A keen understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, Freelancer, and Elance (a plus).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development.
  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
