Responsibilities :
- Execute, manage, and deliver against pipeline and bookings targets
- Educate customers on terminology, features, and benefits of products
- Research customer demographics and keep management informed of customer needs, buying trends, and market conditions
- Proficient in doing primary and secondary research with hands on experience in using demand generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless AI, etc.
- Develop contacts into leads and work through the entire sales cycle while presenting Emergys value based on the client s needs
- Present Emergys solutions and benefits to prospects, driving business-level outcomes to progress opportunities through the funnel
- Form strategic alliances with key stakeholders and internal teams and exceed lead generation targets
Business Creation and Growth :
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Identify and close inside sales (e.g. Up-selling) opportunities with existing customers to achieve assigned objectives while ensuring regular and effective communication
- Continuously identify and develop opportunities utilizing inbound/outbound calls for customer development and revenue growth
- Collaborate with Team Manager to determine essential strategic approaches for sales
- Attend sales meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, involve in skill-building, and professional development meetings
- Participate in ad-hoc sales campaigns and programs to help generate new prospects/opportunities, provide weekly follow-up reports and maintain data hygiene
Education and Experience :
- Enterprise sales experience in the US region and experience of selling software solutions within the Fortune 500 Financial Services, Insurance, Telco, Retail, Healthcare, Utilities, and Government sectors. (across all the verticals)
- Working knowledge/experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, Knowledge Management, Conversational AI, and Contact Centre solutions and technologies knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Energetic, self-starter with the ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
- Initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone
- Develop strong product/price knowledge as well as customer knowledge, with selling persuasiveness over the phone
