You re interested in startups & want to experience high growth environment Thinking about systems and processes comes naturally to you You are exceptionally skilled at breaking down complex problems into smaller parts and articulating the problem scope before designing solutions You know how to define and monitor metrics to measure the progress of your initiatives You will work alongside a mission-driven team of people who work towards getting our learners placed at great companies A day in your life: Here s a list of responsibilities that will make up 80% of your days: Working with learners in designing a robust application strategy to top companies Designing engagements with users on key focus areas that eliminate blindspots while interviewing, and help them upskill on practical aspects of the role Ensuring that learners are ready with collateral materials such as resume and portfolio to get application ready in a timely manner You ll be focussing on creating systems for effective tracking and progress reporting Creating interventions to ensure that candidates can best position themselves as the perfect candidate for a particular role
