Job Summary

Job Description As part of the Program Management team, you will be responsible for managing the experience and delivery of one of Upraised s core programs, which is instrumental to the company s growth strategy. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the design of the learning experience and handle the core work streams in the program. It is an incredible career opportunity for a self-starter given the intensity and scope of the role. As part of your day-to-day operations, you will be required to coordinate with several stakeholders & solve multi-dimensional problems. You shall have complete autonomy and freedom of ideation & execution for your scope. We d love to chat with you if you think you possess the skills in the description: Experience: 1 - 2 Yrs Thinking about systems and processes comes naturally to you You are exceptionally skilled at breaking down complex problems into smaller parts and articulating the problem scope before designing solutions You are a fast-learner and are willing to wear multiple hats while working with different business functions, and develop scalable solutions You have experience in designing & managing program delivery for large batches You know how to define and monitor metrics to measure progress of your initiatives You have a high level of ownership and can identify gaps and opportunities proactively You have experience in closely working with consumers to and driving outcome metrics for the program You re interested in startups & want to experience high growth environment You have very good presentation, communication and reporting skills You will work alongside a mission-driven team of designers, engineers & product managers. A day in your life: Here s a list of responsibilities that will make up 80% of your days: Overall management of the program delivery from learning sessions to feedback management Devising & implementing user engagement strategy comprising of community building, and non learning interventions You ll also spend time to organize & track the progress of these users during their learning, their challenges and areas of opportunity to make the learning experience outcome-drive Build relationships with top-industry experts and manage their experience in order to ensure maximum value for learners and experts.
