This Role is Responsible for

  • Responsible for achieving product-wise profitability for All 3 Product Groups viz

Dispensing Machine | Oil Filling Machine | Electrical Casting

  • Leading & Establishing After Sales Service Network (as Profit Centre)
  • Ensuring effective market penetration; especially winning against global competitors
  • Fulfilling Business Development activities in domestic & global sales
  • Ensuring effective Customer Connect
  • Ensuring effective market intelligence, competitor intelligence to build business plan
  • Ensuring accuracy in business forecast
  • Effective implementation of Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) approach
  • Having strong knowledge on financials to support SME s in ROI based decision making
  • Developing Sales organization to stand alone and contribute effectively in organization growth
  • Ensuring effective succession planning in Sales organization

The Preferred candidate

  • Should have managed equipment / industrial capital goods sales
  • Service portfolio experience would be an added advantage
  • Having sales working experience with Indian Org, MNC organization and especially SME s / Owner driven organization as Customers
  • Should be Self-Starter, Go-Getter
  • Should be highly flexible on Travel Domestic & Global, ensuring customer visits
