Clarion Technologies is looking for a Sales leaderto fuel its aggressive growth plans in International Markets.

We are open to top notch Non-IT professionals with the requisite expertise and experience in Sales Leadership role.

Head of Sales role exists to grow New Customer Revenue by acquiring New Customers from International Markets in B2B SME segment.

Role is responsible for lead generation and sales closure in International Markets through outbound channel with team based in India.

Develop strategy & processes for Sales and deliver with executional excellence.

Lead Motivate & develop high performing Sales Team.

Open to new ideas and willing to adapt.

Attract, Recruit and Retain A players.

Identify opportunities & tap them through cross functional collaboration.

Set high standards and promote Innovation and Process orientation.

Strong Sales Management. Proven Track record in Sales

Experience: -

15+ years of work experience with at least 3 years as Sales Head / Sales & Marketing Head / Senior Sales leadership role

Experience Required :

15 to 20 Years
