Our ideal solution specialist has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a Do-er with a sharp mind and the ability to be selfmotivated with highenergy levels and maintain a high-performance sales ecosystem.
Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Continuously develop personal skills while ensuring the team / colleagues is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- Responsible for payment collections and closures of the same
- Create and execute a list of prospects to reach and set up meetings
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins, reports and other reports for the day and monitor progress regularly
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure all the daily, weekly, monthly reports are filled and maintained as required
- Ensuring the collections in time as per the contract
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
