Roles & Responsibilities
- Generating leads through web research and social media, online bidding portals other sites and developing new strategies for the company growth
- Discussion with global clients via written messages, emails, chat, and phone
- Follow up and follow through the leads via mails or over phone or through face to face meetings.
- Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients, preparing various presentations
- You should have basic experience in digital marketing
- You should be able to create offers and messaging for email and LinkedIn outreach
- You should be proficient in proposal writing, taking follow-ups, requirement gathering, etc...
- You also should have a good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently.
- You should develop plans in order to widen the current business and fetch new projects in the organization with the ability to achieve the sales target
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
- Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
- Track all business-related invoices
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
Requirements
- You should have decent knowledge about LinkedIn platform
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex IT solutions clearly to clients
- Effective negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes
- A deep understanding of client needs and a client-centric approach to business development
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team environment
- Must be curios, energetic and creative to help building the Bliss culture
