Job Summary

Day-to-Day Work

Relationship Building:

Outreach and Networking: Connect with potential partner agencies via email,

calls, or in-person meetings to introduce TheMediaAnt s offerings and explore

collaboration opportunities.

Follow-Ups and Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with existing

and potential partners, sharing updates, discussing potential strategies, and

addressing any queries or concerns.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Partnership Identification: Continuously research and identify potential agencies

that align with your company's goals and services.

Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals outlining the benefits of

collaboration, highlighting how your services can complement their offerings.

Negotiation and Agreement: Negotiate terms, finalize partnership agreements,

and ensure all parties are aligned on expectations and deliverables.

Collaboration Coordination:

Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (such as KAM, CST,

Business Unit, and Product) to align strategies and resources for successful

partnership execution.

Resource Allocation: Allocate resources and ensure all necessary support is

provided to partners for smooth service delivery.

Performance Tracking and Optimization:

Metrics Monitoring: Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) and

metrics to evaluate the success of alliances.

Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to derive insights, prepare reports on

alliance performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Strategy Refinement: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize

alliance performance continually.


Must-Have:

2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development/Sales/Alliance in B2B industry

Experience in handling at least INR10 cr of business annually or managing at least 20 accounts at any given time

Education: Graduate or MBA


Good to Have:

Experience in setting up a B2B referral program


Soft Skills required

Communication and negotiation skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities to liaise effectively with external partners and internal teams

Collaboration and Relationship Building: Ability to collaborate across departments internally and build strong, lasting relationships with external partners.

Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on understanding partner agency needs and ensuring that the white-label solution addresses those needs effectively.

Desire to work hard, smart, and aim to grow at 100%+ growth rate. Be comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to track performance metrics, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize partnerships and solutions.
