Job Summary
  • Should have excellent experience in business development, solution sales & sales management
  • Should know Electronic Security, IP Surveillance, Access Control, Physical barriers.
  • Should be a able to understand latest technologies of the electronic security business.
  • Strong Sales management, Security Solution Management & Project Management skills, including the ability to independently manage multiple Sales lead & Strategy, meet deliverable dates, prioritize and organize effectively
  • Strong presentation , Power Point skills
  • People Manager, specifically when working with internal partners in other departments.
  • The ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • In this role, candidate will be responsible for below functions.

  • Alliance Management
  • Client Engagement
  • Project Management
  • Responsible for budgeted sales
  • Work on enhancing value proposition of the electronic security solutions line
  • Partner with key stakeholders for eg. Sales for outlining Sourcing Strategy for the product
  • Work on new strategic and long term alliances and partnerships to enhance the solutions value proposition to the customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role with experience in corporate sells particularly in concept selling.
  • Electronic Security Solutions Sales / Integrated security solutions selling experience will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, power point.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Graduate/ Post graduate.
