Job Description:
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- To find new leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Have a good understanding of the business s products or services and be able to advise others about them.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Sales and Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
