Job Summary
  • As a business partner provide support to Management for formulation of business strategy and goals. Design & align operational strategy to achieve organizational goals and future growth plans.
  • Prepare budget for operations management as per requirements. Design operational plan to execute the strategy. Set challenging goals for operations team to contribute in growth.
  • Design work procedures and systems for operations management. Identify performance measures to assess the performance of operations vertical & support the strategic plan.
  • Monitor the ongoing business operations. Provide guidance and take decisions to progress work further. Ensure that business operations are efficient and effective. Ensure proper management of resources.
  • Conduct periodical meeting with operational team to communicate Organization's strategy and policies related to project & quality management. Develop performance driven culture in the organization. Motivate team to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Design, develop & improve operational systems to create and deliver projects in cost effective way to achieve business profitability & targets.
  • Develop internal controls & monitoring systems for smooth conduct of operations. Ensure effective utilization of resources to safeguard assets and interest of the Organization.
  • Conduct periodical review meetings with operations team to measure the departmental/teams performance. Identify areas of improvements and provide suggestions to improve performance and productivity. Take continuous efforts for cost reduction to ensure the highest level of profitability for the business group.
  • Understand business trends, market potential and explore opportunities to develop new business verticals. Identify new business verticals or diversion possibilities and provide inputs to CEO to convert opportunities into business growth.
  • Take initiatives to expand current business by actively participating in reaching out to new customers and developing new plans and strategies to help each new project run more effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other business leaders about operational and business matters. Provide inputs on operational cost, client delivery/service feedback and profitability ratios. Seek advise to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Understand business requirements and provide support to CEO in overall management. Provide data, reports & other information on continuous basis for decision making. Provide support for design & implementation of organizational policies & business strategies.
  • Provide guidance to H.A. team to design people management strategy and systems for employee life cycle management. Ensure fair employment and equal growth opportunities based on merit. Monitor the employee performance results, engagement trends, learning & development initiatives across the Organization.
  • Identify and develop business leaders to meet future growth requirements of Organization. Provide development & challenging opportunities to support individual growth.
  • Represent the Organization in various forums & platforms to promote brand & business operations. Maintain cordial relations with all the stake holders to safeguard the interest of Organization.

Purpose: Provide leadership for management of business operations & procedures. Responsible for planning & execution of operational strategy to achieve organizational goals.

Civil Engineer
Experience Required :
