Job Summary

Post: Training Co-ordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Training Coordination for all Technical, Behavioral, Process & Domain Trainings
  • Interaction with CRM as well with the client.
  • Getting requirement from CRM.
  • Sourcing the profiles from job portals for national and international client.
  • Screening the trainer's profile as per the requirement.
  • Negotiation of commercials
  • Planning and execution of new training programs.
  • Sourcing of external trainers for Niche technologies
  • Maintain & Develop relationships with external trainers.
  • Connecting link between the trainers (Internal and External) and the CRM
  • Coordination with Venue Vendors & Lab set up
  • Generating checklist to the delivery team after training is confirmed including all the lab setup, trainer s travel details, courseware and any specific requirements if any for proper execution of training.
  • Collect feedback of the trainer s and analysis of the same.
  • MIS- Maintaining data and update daily trainers schedule.
  • Prerequisites:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, still a team player
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
