Job Summary
Training Coordination for all Technical, Behavioral, Process & Domain Trainings Interaction with CRM as well with the client. Getting requirement from CRM. Sourcing the profiles from job portals for national and international client. Screening the trainer's profile as per the requirement. Negotiation of commercials Planning and execution of new training programs. Sourcing of external trainers for Niche technologies Maintain & Develop relationships with external trainers. Connecting link between the trainers (Internal and External) and the CRM Coordination with Venue Vendors & Lab set up Generating checklist to the delivery team after training is confirmed including all the lab setup, trainer s travel details, courseware and any specific requirements if any for proper execution of training. Collect feedback of the trainer s and analysis of the same. MIS- Maintaining data and update daily trainers schedule. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, still a team player Skills in database management and record keeping
