Min Exp : 3 years of relevant experience with adequate knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies/ Scrum
Roles and Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering Analyze the user needs and requirements for determining the feasibility of a project within time and cost constraints.
Planning Performs administration and planning tasks that relate to the implementation of projects.
Relationship Manage the relationship with the internal and external stakeholders. Communication between the Client and the Technical teams.
Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Publishing documentation in the format required for project delivery.
Prioritize workload based on business rules and contractual commitments.
Summarize the outcome of discussions with customers to ensure that all requests or problems have been addressed.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Reporting Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly. Assists in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
Escalation Provide status updates and follow-up on issues and delays, as well as escalate wherever necessary.
Required Skills:
Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client s organizations and industries.
Technical Recommendation and Testing.
Strong written skills and documentation. Reviewing documents for language, punctuation, and style or formatting errors with proficiency.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrates strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate and communicate to an executive audience.
