Job Role -
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Source potential candidates from all platforms.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
- Co-ordinate with panels for scheduling interviews and tests
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
- Keeping the candidates engaged from sourcing till joining.
- Handle Vendor Management /Stakeholder Management/Client Co-ordination.
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Promote company s reputation as a great place to work
Work Experience -
- 3-5 Years of Technical Recruiting Experience
- Working with a startup would be a big advantage

- Mumbai / Pune
