Synergetics is seeking Onboarding - Account Manager, the ideal candidate will be one who focuses on achieving the quota by growing revenue in existing customers as well as penetrating new accounts and geography. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an account coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. He/she should be able to understand how the IT skilling plans of Enterprises will adopt to new technologies getting introduced. The Account Manager will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments and has very strong communication and presentation skills. He/she should be Techno savvy.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development responsible for growingsales on Onboarding Offerings and contents Development.
  • Drive sales in accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop strong consultative client relationships with Learning Heads, BU Heads, IT Director / CIO levels
  • Own and Drive Booking and Revenue and Margins for PAN India and International Market
  • Create & Manage Database of prospects and leads, establish connects
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
  • Run the Sales campaigns in all T1 and T2 Cities
  • Develop and execute according to a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers and geography.
  • Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.
  • A strong business management background including strengths across technology consulting, sales, business development

Qualifications

  • BE, BSc IT, MSc IT, MBA (desirable)
  • 2+ years in IT Solution sales.
  • 1-3 yrs in Sales Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Decent emerging technology orientation
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and selling skills
  • Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand.
  • Must be target driven. Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment
  • Ability of handle work load and work pressure
  • Willingness to travel
