BS / MBA degree preferred.
10-15 years of direct work experience (preferably State Gov/Central Ministries/PSU).
Strong negotiation and closing skills with Integrity First Approach.
Strong solution selling and presentation abilities.
Demonstrates effective use of internal relationships and resources.
Use of Sales tools like SFDC and Clari.
Strong ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload, develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
Understanding of Indian Public Business landscape (Central, PSU and States), understands buying process cycle in government (State, Central Ministries & PSU) and should be well known with the dynamics of Government sector. Manages relationship with system integrators to ensure horizontal penetration into accounts.
Knowledge of products and solutions in F5 space a definite plus.
Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours depending on customer deliverables (evenings and weekends).
