Job Summary

Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Inside Sales to join our team. As a Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-6 inside sales professionals while personally driving lead generation and engagement efforts. Your primary objective will be to identify and qualify key prospects, support the sales process, and provide guidance and mentorship to your team members. With a proven track record in inside sales, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious health plan client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in managing people and sales targets. Responsibilities: Manage a team of 5-6 inside sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success. Take the lead in sourcing new lead opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails in the health plan sector. Generate qualified leads for our software product engineering services, focusing on technology companies in the US healthcare and insurance industry. Understand the needs and requirements of prospects to effectively position our services and drive interest. Build and maintain a high-quality database of target accounts and contacts. Support event participation and oversee pre-show and post-show processes for the team. Collaborate with marketing to launch new offerings and execute campaigns to create market awareness. Actively participate in various marketing and business development activities to drive lead-generation efforts. Break down complex solutions into easily understandable concepts to gain prospect interest and engagement. Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline. Research target health plan accounts, identify key stakeholders and guide the team in outbound calling strategies. Provide assistance and play a key role in the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation and deal closure. Required Skills: BTech/BE and MBA/PGDM as additional qualification is preferred. Proven 7-10 years of experience in healthcare inside B2B lead generation/business development, preferably in enterprise SaaS, enterprise software products, or digital platforms. Strong experience managing a team of 5-6 inside sales professionals, providing coaching and mentorship. Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads for the US market in outsourced software services. In-depth understanding of the sales cycle and ability to run successful campaigns and arrange meetings at the CXO level. Exposure to the US ISV/Healthcare/Insurance domains is highly advantageous. Proficient in researching target companies, identifying key contacts, and guiding the team in effective engagement strategies. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and Zoho, as well as generating comprehensive sales reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong influencing and persuasion abilities. Confident in building strong relationships with key contacts and their executive assistants in target accounts. Proven networking skills and ability to leverage social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, and company websites. Adaptable and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong phone presence and experience managing a high volume of calls per day. Skilled in navigating gatekeepers and reaching desired target contacts. Active listening skills to understand prospect needs and tailor conversations accordingly. Previous experience in lead generation with health plans is highly preferred.
