Main Responsibilities / Job Summary* Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing & future products.* Analysis of customer research, current marketing conditions & competitor information.* Develop & implement Sales plans & projects for new & existing products.* Prepare Sales presentations & reports.* Develop pricing strategy, Costing & negotiations with customer for new business RFQ.* Monitor, review & report on all Sales activity & results.* Determine & manage Sales budget.* Identifying target markets & developing strategies to communicate with them.* Establishes Sales goals to ensure market share & profitability of the products.* Develop & executes monthly & annual sales budget.* Report on return on investment & key performance metrics.* Handling customer online modules for RFQ, submission of quotes, getting RFQ/SOR details.* Monitor all pricing related amendments through customer* Exploring ways of improving existing products & services, & increasing profitability.* Working with executive team to set the Sales strategy for the business growth.* Monitoring & analyzing market trends
QualificationsEngineering degree (BE) in Mechanical / Business/ marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification
ExperienceMore than 8 years with a background in marketing/Sales from sheet metal industry (automobile)Desired ExperienceProgram managementKnowledge of PMS tool
