Qualifications :

Essential Professional degree / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgyfrom reputed institute

Desirable: Degree/ Diploma in Operation / General Management.

Experience :

Essential:8- 10 yearsof experience in Quality Function in Metal Industry.

Desirable: Working Exposure ofQuality techniques Visual,Spectrometry,Chemical compositions.

JobProfile: -

Report of all parameters to ensure information gathering on quality of raw materials, in process products and finished goods.

Perform quality tests as per defined SOPs on incoming goods, in process and finished goods and report any deviations

Check QRC/PRC of every incoming container and update the same on the systems

Take corrective actions for any deviations under the guidance of Lead, Quality control

Calibrate and maintain all quality instruments as and when needed and identify and troubleshoot quality equipment issues

Report all quality related parameters into MIS and make regular reports for the same and supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions

Participate in internal assessments and audits as and when required

He has a good knowledge & experience to operate Spectro
