Job Summary:

We are looking for a Software Engineer with solid understanding of our product features, technologies and how they work together.

Participate in all aspects of testing: unit, integration, functional, regression, load/performance, automation and system testing.

Come up with creative and innovative solutions to complex testing problems.

Help create test automation framework for testing core functionality of our product.

Proficiency in manual testing, UI automation testing, running SQL queries and validating REST API responses.

Responsibilities:

Experience in end-to-end UAT testing, manual testing, writing test cases and executing test cases.

Contribute to the definition, development and implementation of quality assurance practices and best practices within Agile Scrum methodology.

Define scope and objective of all levels of QA testing, establish purpose and deliverables of the testing effort.

Establish fact-based test efficiency, product readiness, defect counts, code coverage and automation counts.

Responsible for estimating, coordinating and directing testing for multiple projects.

Generate reports of test results and errors detected and communicate with the developers.

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience inQuality Assuranceofcomplex distributed platforms.

10+ Years of experience in setting upSelenium, Protractoror equivalent automation tool.

Experience in automatingRESTfulwebservices,data processes (extracting/loading).

Proficient inSQL (PostgreSQL)andNoSQL(Firebase)databases.

Experience inproject/teammanagementis a plus.

Knowledge ofGitLab, GCPis a plus.

Familiarity with tools likePostman, SOAPUI

Eligibility:

Willing to learn to set up automation processes(Selenium | Cucumber | Gitlab).

Test sourceintegrationsandvalidatedata loadinginwarehouseslikeBigQuery etc.

Significant technical academic course work or equivalent work experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge on cloud infrastructure is a plus.
