Job Summary

Qualification: B.Tech, BE / M.Tech or any equivalent

Job description:

  • Providing process facilitation to the project teams on process methodologies and be the Single Point Of Contact(SPOC) from the Process Management Group (PMG)
  • Able to facilitate assigned projects and implement organization processes
  • Facilitate project team to identify the project risks and highlight risks to senior management
  • Capable of identifying process training needs, developing training material and impart necessary trainings to the organization or project teams
  • Capable of Identifying process improvements, collect best practices and lessons learnt from projects and update the organization database
  • Ability to handles and facilitate project team independently doing Metrics analysis and Defect Root Cause Analysis
  • Conduct monthly process compliance reviews and audits to ensure process effectiveness and report observations or findings to the senior management
  • Good knowledge on applying statistical techniques to derive inferences and understanding root causes, ability to measure project performance and perform causal analysis is mandatory
  • Must have good knowledge CMMI-SVC ML5, SOC, ISO27001 and ISO9001
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skill are a must
  • Ability to develop executive reports and making presentations to the senior management is a must

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2-3 years of software testing experience is good to have.
  • Good exposure on implementation of CMMI/TMMi ML5
  • Good knowledge on any regulatory requirements GDPR/GxP, etc.

5 to 10 Years
