Responsibilities include:

4-8 Years of Experience overall
Creating test strategies for projects, regardless of their size or complexity. This includes test needs, dependencies, tools, environment, risks, mitigation plans, and approaches.
Multiple types of testing and techniques: functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, exploratory testing, etc.
Both front-end and back-end: perform testing to ensure the quality of end-user facing apps and their back-end infrastructure
Identifying, advocating, implementing, and enforcing definition of best practices or process improvements.
Performing assessment of ability of self and team members, providing feedback and fostering continuous improvement.
Automation: knowledgeable about its benefits and its applicability
Defect management: detailed bug reporting, tracking and managing
Planning test efforts for projects: evaluate project, develop test strategy & test plans
Agile Development - iterative development, scrum framework, kanban framework
Leading a team: plan, delegate and audit work of fellow QA team members
