Job Summary
Roles & Responsibility:
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required
- Generating Business with different social platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Knowledge of Bidding Portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Experience in Proposal Writing
Skills Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills
- Must have strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
