Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: India Full Time Remote, NCR, Bengaluru

Job Function: Human Resources

Employment Type: Full Time

Preferred Experience: 2- 4 years of work experience in IT recruitments, startups or consultancy.



Responsibilities You ll Shoulder


  • Understanding hiring needs and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, references etc (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Schedule interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and virtual interviews
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiringprocesses to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assess candidatesinformationincluding C.Vs., portfolios and references.



Skills You ll Need


  • Experience within talent acquisition in a sourcing role.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Preferably from Start Up Eco System/ Consultancy background)
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management

2 to 4 Years
