Role: Talent Management Specialist

Role Description

The Talent Management Specialist will drive talent initiatives in alignment with Arcadis s strategic goals and culture, focusing on identifying and developing key talent while enhancing stakeholder engagement. The role requires a collaborative professional passionate about diversity, inclusion, and fostering a culture of belonging, while ensuring the organization s talent pipeline is robust and ready for future challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy Implementation:

    • Embed the Arcadis Way of Talent Management (AWTM), focusing on talent identification and calibration.
    • Partner with People Business Partners (PBPs) and stakeholders to assess leadership potential and diversity considerations.
    • Maintain and manage the Talent Database, aligning with inclusion and belonging goals.
  • Program Management & Delivery:

    • Facilitate and present key talent programs like Leadership Discovery.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for talent acceleration roles in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams.
    • Lead cross-area talent moves, rotational programs, and talent pooling initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Insights:

    • Prepare and present detailed analyses and reports on talent management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
    • Utilize tools such as Oracle Recruit Cloud, CruncHR, and HCM to manage and analyze talent data.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with PBPs and leadership teams to ensure visibility and readiness of the talent pipeline.
    • Act as a coach for PBPs and key talent, enhancing development opportunities.
  • Training and Facilitation:

    • Serve as an Impact Circle facilitator and 360 Feedback Coach, driving individual and team growth.
    • Deliver engaging virtual presentations and workshops with global audiences.
  • Project Leadership:

    • Lead or support global initiatives such as the Global Sponsorship Program.
    • Enhance and streamline processes to improve talent management outcomes.
  • Qualifications & Experience

    Must-Have Skills:

    • Talent Management Expertise:
      • Proven experience in driving talent initiatives, with a passion for diversity and inclusion.
      • Familiarity with global talent frameworks and methodologies.
    • Business Partnering:
      • Skilled in building strong relationships across functions and regions.
      • Experience in coaching PBPs and leaders on talent development.
    • Program Leadership:
      • Excellent project management skills, handling multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines.
    • Recruitment Skills:
      • Expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for leadership roles.
    • Data and Tech Savviness:
      • Proficiency with tools like Oracle Recruit Cloud, MS Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
      • Advanced analytical skills and experience with GDPR-compliant data management.
