We need a Manager to drive employee engagement and success, and be an advocate of Zendrive's culture and values. You will need to partner with business leaders to help them build their organisations. In this process, you will need to be extremely focused on the needs of Zendrivers first and being as clear and transparent as possible to help them understand how people's decisions get made.
What you need to possess:In addition to hands on experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist experience supporting leaders at global companies, you will also need:- The ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status-quo- To be comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions- To have effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a variety of stakeholders to drive organisational change- To have demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to analyse data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis- To ensure that all people's decisions are based on dataTo have prior experience in handling performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards and recognition programs is desired for over 5+ yearsTo have the ability to drive consumer-grade employee experiences at work through creative ideas that are meaningful, deeply personalised and digital
What you need to do:
In addition to solving complex organisational challenges through people-related solutions, you will also:- Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organisational and people-related strategy and execution.- Consult with Zendrive s leaders to create a comprehensive plan to influence lasting change over large functions at Zendrive.- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organisational solutions.- Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.- Use and request data strategically. Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organisational health, understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions, and interpret complex analyses and tie analyses back to business priorities.
