Job Summary

What you will do?

  • Execute full-lifecycle recruiting processes for assigned roles. This includes sourcing, screening applicants, advising managers on hiring decisions, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Create comprehensive strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent.
  • Strong competency in cold calling, networking, innovative sourcing, and building talent communities within unique functional areas.
  • Support Talent Acquisition team initiatives across branding, operations, diversity, training, documentation, and programming.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Bring offers to a closure stage by conducting appropriate compensation expectation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates.

What you will need?

  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience with a track record of success in a niche, high growth, and fast paced environment.
  • Global recruiting experience - US/UK/APAC would be preferred
  • Experience working in an E-commerce and Internet type of companies would be preferred
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system is preferred.
  • Proven self-starter, strong team player; with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality. Can report on status of hiring activity in a meaningful way.
  • Prior experience working at a US based high-tech company.
