About the Role

Rippling is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic and agile recruiting team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process for specialized leadership positions within our engineering teams.

What You ll Do

  • Oversee the entire recruiting cycle, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates.
  • Develop and manage a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, keep candidates informed throughout the process, and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Set clear expectations for hiring managers and streamline the interview process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to devise effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
  • Create recruitment advertising and branding strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building technology leadership teams in fast-paced, high-growth global tech companies.
  • A minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
