Job Summary

What you ll do

  • Compose job offer letters
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for vacancies
  • Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions
  • End to End Recruitment
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms & job Portal
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

Expertise you'll bring

  • Should have minimum 4-8 years of aggressive hands-on experience in talent acquisition
  • Should be competent to implement effective Sourcing & Recruitment Strategies for vanilla and niche skills (Strategy for fulling volume and non-volume requirements)
  • End to End Recruitment- Requirement Gathering, Screening, Interview Scheduling, Direct/ER/social media/Partner channel handling, HR discussions, Compensation
  • Negotiations, Offer making and coordinating the whole recruitment process
  • Handling all recruitment activities, analyzing market trends, and establishing pipeline of candidates to full fill resource pool needs
  • Minimizing lead time between sourcing and onboarding and maximizing utilization of LinkedIn and referral channels for fulfilling hiring needs
  • Stake Holder Management -building & maintaining relationships with key corporate decision makers, timely update on recruitment progress,
  • Analyzing latest hiring trends and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning recruitment strategies
  • Ensuring accomplishment of set recruitment targets
  • Recruitment plan preparation & manpower planning
  • Employer branding by utilization of social media channels
  • Focus on data driven recruitment, in bound recruitment and keeping diversity in hiring Skill & behavior analysis of candidates
